¿How do I handle my stress?

 When I get stressed or when I have stress, how I handle it is by going for a walk, listening to music, or on weekends going to the countryside with my family, Sleep my enough hours and nothing else that's what I do.



My experiences with stress

MY EXPERIENCES 

 My experiences with stress have not been very frequent but I have felt it on a few occasions.

Above all I feel stress with the tasks, it is not that I have many, but the few times they get together is where I start to stress, because, I want to finish them, but, I don't know where to start, and sometimes. I even get angry, but I calm down.
